WHAT IS A DIGITAL OCCASION KIT?
A digital occasion kit is a coordinated collection of editable templates and planning tools created around one occasion and aesthetic.
Instead of searching for every invitation, itinerary, game and sign separately, you’ll find everything together in one beautifully considered kit.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY KIT?
The contents vary between collections, so you’ll find a full list of included items on each product page.
Depending on the kit, this may include invitations, itineraries, games, signs, schedules, checklists and other occasion-ready details.
WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL PRODUCT?
No. All TYPE A products are digital.
Nothing will be posted to you, which means there’s no waiting for delivery—and no last-minute panic at the front door.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY KIT?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive access to your digital kit by email.
You can then open the templates, personalise your details and prepare them for printing or digital sharing.
HOW DO I EDIT THE TEMPLATES?
Our editable templates are designed to be personalised in Canva.
Simply open the links provided and update the names, dates, wording and other editable details to suit your occasion.
DO I NEED A CANVA PRO ACCOUNT?
Our kits are designed to be easy to use with a free Canva account unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.
CAN I USE THE TEMPLATES ON MY PHONE?
Yes, you can edit your templates through the Canva app. However, we recommend using a laptop or desktop for the easiest editing experience—especially when changing several details.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOURS AND FONTS?
The level of customisation may vary between products. Editable elements will be explained on the individual product page and inside your kit.
We recommend keeping the original design style for the most beautifully coordinated result—but we understand that sometimes the colour palette simply has to match.
CAN I PRINT THE TEMPLATES?
Yes. Any print-ready items can be downloaded and printed at home or through your preferred professional printing service.
Printing is not included with your purchase.
CAN I SHARE THE TEMPLATES DIGITALLY?
Absolutely. Invitations, itineraries and other suitable items can be downloaded and shared through email, WhatsApp or your group chat.
CAN I REUSE MY KIT?
Your purchase is for one personal occasion. You can download and use the included templates as many times as needed for that event.
The templates cannot be resold, redistributed, shared as blank templates or used commercially.
CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL PRODUCT?
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases cannot usually be returned or refunded once the files or template links have been accessed.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY DOWNLOAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First, check your junk or spam folder and make sure you’re looking at the inbox connected to your order.
If it still hasn’t arrived, get in touch with your order details and we’ll help you find it.
CAN YOU PERSONALISE THE KIT FOR ME?
Our standard kits are designed for you to edit yourself. If personalisation services are available for a particular product, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
I’M HAVING TROUBLE EDITING MY KIT. CAN YOU HELP?
Of course. Your kit will include simple editing guidance, but if you’re still stuck, contact us and let us know what’s happening.
